Jamie and other stuff

I emailed Jamie about her issue with Go transit. One of us will meet with her next week depending on when she is free. We also need to talk about if this will be a write up.

Kristina and Michelle's write ups have been written. The date for when they are to be signed is the only thing not correct. In both cases GO was over and the purchase was not entered into the RMS. I'll get Kristina's signed and you can get Michelle's.

Side Closet

Yesterday I stocked the paper rolls so they should be filled. There are very out of date schedules in the closet so I'm currently working through those to figure out which schedules we have and which we need.

As for michelle's Go transit - I will do a write up tomorrow, one of us can meet with her during one of her shifts next week to have that signed

I believe Kristina also needs one..

MEGABUS

I finished rec and finally got through with MegaBus. Brenda is looking into it and will email us tomorrow about it. If she does when you are in update the customer.

We still need to talk about Michelle's overage on GO, this will be a write up

Unfortunately I wasnt able to get to contacting Brenda about the Megabus problem, I also am not familiar with the situation so I wouldn`t have been able to handle it effectively.

Today, I completed the schedule, talked with debbie about Rec problems that may require disciplinary action (write ups) - we should meed and discuss this early next week to decide how we want to go about these

- I started making a list of Staff training topics of discussion, if you get a chance to make a list of some things you think we should touch upon (especially rec things because you know better than me) that would be great

- we will arrange for a time early next week to meet with the ICs to plan for training

OCTOBER 20 - Alessia

Hey!

So I think we should definitely start using this more often so we can update eachother on what needs to get done!

Today I did:

- Sent email to staff about first staff meeting - Wednesday October 28

- Discussed Ticats with Michelle and Debbie

- Discussed with Michelle a possible time for bi-weekly ,management meetings - we have yet to find a time that works for everyone (hence me creating the doodle poll)

- Created Write-Ups for Alec (missed shift today) and Neha - late shift before the break. 

- Alec is working tomorrow during my shift, and Neha is working Thursday during my shift - so I will pull them aside and speak with them, have them sign the letters at this time

- created and sent out doodle poll - for  ICs and SSs to determine a good time to meet - atleast next week at some point to plan our staff meeting on the Wednesday night

- I went to start doing the Rec - but I noticed you didn`t get to printing out the greyhound and RMS report... and its been a while since i printed them so I wasnt able to find them! Sorry - if you want to leave this Rec for me to do on my shift tomorrow - no problem.

I noticed you are in from 9:30 -10 (if you could do the deposit at this time that would be great), and I will work on Rec from yesterday and start the Rec from Oct. 20th if I am able!
